Spintip is a pickleball app that records your games with one phone behind the baseline and analyzes every point on the phone. It cuts each rally, rates your play, and gives you a level for the game. In doubles, your side is rated as a team. You can show that level as a band on the DUPR scale, with its margin. It is Spintip's own measure, not an official DUPR rating.

Put your phone on a tripod or the fence, anywhere behind the baseline. Press start and play. Spintip finds the court lines it sees and tells you when it is ready. No second camera, no sensors, nothing on the court.
The video analysis runs on the phone. Every rally is found, cut and traced while you play, so the session review is ready the moment you press stop. You can also import a video of an older game and get a session review with insights on every point.
Spintip runs on iPhone and Android, with live insights on both; on Android, the AI Coach arrives with Android billing.
Spintip rates your play on every point on its own scale, called Pulse. Level is the whole game. Your rating is placed over all your games, with a margin that narrows as games add up. Most pickleball is doubles, and in doubles the side is judged as a team, so the number is your team's level for that game.
For pickleball you can switch the label from Pulse to DUPR. The same rating then shows as a band on the DUPR scale, with its margin. Nothing is recalculated, and it is not your DUPR rating: official DUPR ratings come from DUPR, from match results. Spintip levels are performance measures, not official NTRP, UTR or DUPR ratings. See how the level works.
After each point, the AI Coach gives you one thing to work on, and after the game a summary: what went well, what to fix, and your challenge for next session. It runs on the phone. Live tips between points are on iPhone; the reads you get each month are on pricing. Spintip uses AI and can make mistakes.
The video player jumps point to point with the dead time gone. Swipe up to keep a rally, swipe down to drop it. Your best points build one library, with your level game by game.
Send any point to your coach with a question, say about your third shot or your position at the kitchen line. They answer on the clip, in their own voice. Coaching is paid per minute at the coach's own rate, and you approve before anything is charged. See how getting coached works; coaches, see Spintip for coaches.
Every shot is drawn on the ball. Pick what shows on the clip: the tracer, the speed shot by shot, and your level. Show your opponents, blur them or swap in a mascot, then post to Instagram, send it to family, or to your coach.
A child's account is linked to a parent with one code. The parent sees the games, the level and the highlights, chooses the coach and approves every payment. SafePlay checks every message, and the child's data stays on their phone unless the parent consents. More on Spintip for parents.
It depends on what you want from the video. Spintip records a whole game with one phone behind the baseline, cuts every rally on the phone, rates your play point by point, and lets you send any point to a coach. Recording, rating, review and sharing are free on iPhone and Android.
Not an official one. Only DUPR issues DUPR ratings, from match results. Spintip gives you its own rating from your points and can show it as a band on the DUPR scale, with its margin. Spintip levels are performance measures, not official NTRP, UTR or DUPR ratings.
Yes. In doubles the side is judged as a team, so your level for that game is your team's level. Singles is rated per player.
A few. The margin is wide after one game and narrows with each one. The app says when you are placed and how many games the rating stands on.
Yes. The AI Coach gives you one thing to work on after each point and a summary after the game. It runs on the phone, on iPhone. Spintip uses AI and can make mistakes.
